A developer had a vision: buy and transform properties off the beach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, into hotels that captured the spirit of South Beach architecture and service. When he began in 2014 with 20 properties, his vision was strong but he lacked hotel cultural expertise and logistical infrastructure.
The developer brought on 1st SOS Staffing, and we staffed for every service necessary thanks to our employees’ variety of skills and expertise. We provided demolition crews, public space clean-up crews, and employees to support pool deck restoration and servicing of small properties, including landscaping, food and beverage, reception, housekeeping, and more. We were able to meet the developer’s needs on demand, overseeing the logistics for smooth operations and successful execution and growth.
Today, North Beach Village Resort spans a total of 100 properties and 2,000 units, the largest number of units in South Florida. 1st SOS Staffing remains their prime staffing contractor. We are able to enter into a project with agility, providing personalized, white-glove staffing solutions and adapting to whatever the specific staffing needs are.
