Peter founded 1st SOS Staffing in 2010 and has steered the company to become the largest hospitality staffing provider in South Florida and beyond. Driven by his values of trust and respect, 1st SOS Staffing is known for its exceptional service and innovative solutions and has helped over 10,000 families transform their lives through new opportunities. Peter brings over 35 years of experience in finance, business consulting, and entrepreneurship. He attended Dartmouth College and is a sought-after speaker serving on various Boards.

Rosanna brings 30 years of experience in hospitality. She previously served as the Complex Manager at the Fort Lauderdale Westin and Yankee Clipper, -1,200 units for Starwood. She is also certified in the Starwood, Hilton, and Forbes standards. Rosanna has directed our company since 2015.

Pedro has spearheaded our growth since 2016 and is almost single-handedly responsible for launching our organization into a $40 million-a-year firm. Before joining 1st SOS Staffing, he served as senior sales exec for Hotelier, the largest linen service provider in Florida. Prior to that, Pedro was distinguished as the top sales executive in the Southeast region for FedEx.

As a leader and legend in corporate supplier diversity, Jose brings with him unique expertise and commitment to help set the stage for win-win partnerships across the hospitality, food & beverage, airport, lite industrial, medical, construction, and education sectors, as well as corporate and municipal entities. His prior experience includes 15 years at Travel + Leisure Co. as Vice President, Global Supplier Diversity, and minority business relations at the Walt Disney World Co. He also served for 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, in a variety of management assignments in the U.S. and overseas, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master of Science in logistics management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. Jose is an award-winning executive with extensive experience in supplier diversity, strategic sourcing, minority business development, and nonprofit leadership.

Beby Abdulla, a native of Guyana, was educated in Canada and then relocated to the USA. Her career began in Canada as an Assistant Director of Housekeeping and progressed to Director with Delta Hotel Chain. In the USA, she joined the L’ermitage Hotel Group in Hollywood, California. After several years, she relocated to Saratoga Springs, NY, and became part of the Starwood hotel group. She found her niche in Florida at the Diplomat before being offered the Directorship at the Turnberry Hotel and Spa, where she transitioned the hotel from a 400-room to a 700-room property, approximately a $175 million renovation and reopening process. She transitioned it from an Autograph Collection to a Marriott property at the same time. After a short stint at B Ocean Hospitality, she became part of the fabulous group of individuals at 1st SOS Staffing and has not looked back since.
